Ok, a blizz consertou o problema e está se propondo a banir quem o usou, tomara que o faça mesmo. Mas ainda bem que tiveram o mínimo de respeito pelos jogadores e consertaram o bug, mas infelizmente isso não vai desfazer o prejuízo que já foi causado na economia do jogo.

O novo patch saiu juntamente com o reset do ladder e um bug muito antigo continua no jogo, não fizeram absolutamente nada pra consertá-lo. Diablo 2 está impossível de se jogar atualmente, nenhum jogo consegue manter uma conexão por mais de 5 minutos por causa da publicação deste método. O jogo está completamente estragado e acho que a única maneira de tentar forçar a blizzard a tomar alguma providência é divulgar mais ainda este método. É um absurdo o que eles estão fazendo, ignorando todos os tópicos criados no forum oficial a respeito do assunto, ou, pior ainda, os trancando. So, this is being abused by far too many people, and is incredibly disturbing the game. I’ve contacted Blizzard about this before, and been ignored. Like always, you gotta wait until it’s public for them to get off their asses.

Credits go to those who think they deserve it. This method has been discovered dozens of times by dozens of different people. Don’t turn this thread into an epeen contest of who found it first. because this thread is really about my epeen.

What is a rollback:
A rollback causes the game to drop, without saving your character. What this means is you can make an Enigma, look at the stats, then roll it back to being a 3os armor with jah/ith/ber outside of it. You can also revert items back to being unid, and hundreds of other useful things.

The name:
I am titling this The Birthday Rollback because as I’m typing this (Mar 22nd), it’s my birthday.

The method:
Spam overhead messages while casting a missile spell (Fire Blast works well and only rq level 2, fire bolt should work as well).

The process:
There are many ways to do this. The best is probably this.

1) Download RedVex: http://bhfiles.com/files/Diablo%20II/1.12a/RedVex/Redvex_3.0_6-12-07.rar
2) Download ASCII Macro: http://bhfiles.com/files/Diablo%20II/1.12a/RedVex/Plugins/Ascii%20Macro%201.1.rar
3) Make a file, “crash.txt” in the Macros folder.
4) Fill that file with the following:

6) Start spamming fire blast, then type “.overhead crash”

Pois é, pessoal. Diablo 3 já foi anunciado e é esperado com grandes espectativas não só pelos fãs da série, mas também por todos aqueles que gostam de um “Hack ‘n’ Slash” de qualidade. Há pouco tempo atrás, foi anunciado que, para matar 1 pouco a vontade dos fãs que há tanto tempo esperavam a continuação da série, será lançado o novo patch para Diablo 2 e sua expansão, Lord of Destruction. Foi prometido que será um patch que mudará de forma pesada todos os aspectos do segundo jogo da série, com correção massiva de bugs já muito conhecidos na atual versão do jogo, entre outras coisas.

Inclusive os responsáveis pela criação do novo patch abriram um tópico no forum oficial do jogo para que os fãs pudessem citar a principal mudança, na opinião de cada um, que deveria ser feita neste patch.
